Over the years, we’ve created T.I.P.S for Marketing Success. It relates to the consumer and to the way we work with our clients and business partners.
Here are four T.I.P.S for you!
- “T” is for Trust. The consumer must trust your brand. That’s non-negotiable. How do you develop that trust? By showing them that you respect them enough to do the research and understand their wants, needs and why they may want a certain program. Showing trust to your business partners involves active listening and showing them that you are committed to meeting their needs, as well.
- “I” is for Integrity. Trust and Integrity go hand-in-hand. Integrity means you aren’t going to do or say anything that you don’t believe is in the best interest of all of the stakeholders: consumers, distributors, retailers, suppliers and the brand itself.
- “P” is for Partnership. The consumer is your partner and deserves to be treated like one. They have needs and wants, you have a product to meet those needs and wants. There’s synergy in that relationship. And the same is true when it comes to working with clients and business associates. Successful marketing programs involve cross-selling partnerships of products, concepts and ideas.
- “S” is for Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction. It’s the goal of every successful enterprise. And business partner satisfaction should be just as important. Satisfied customers and partners build referrals and higher consumer loyalty.
