Route to Market
Push wins the account. Pull wins the drinker. Getting a bottle onto a shelf and getting someone to ask for it are two different jobs — most brands are told to pick one. This panel handles both, with the performance data to show which is working.
Three ways to market
In order of cost and commitment. Your Path Forward report marks the one your answers point to.
1. Direct to consumer
Sell from your own storefront or presale through a licensed fulfillment partner, shipping where the law allows. Best for single barrels, allocations and numbered releases — no distributor margin in the way. See the DtC path →
2. Push Pull Network — Basic
Your brand in front of the distributors, retailers and buyers on our route-to-market partner’s network, with the triage that decides which door fits. Included with Barrel to Bar Premium Access ($500, credited in full to your next barrel purchase).
3. Service tiers
Self Service — Push Pull membership plus the productized tools: pitch package, COGS price build, distributor list. Quoted per item.
Full Service — commercial strategy retainer with boots on the ground in your launch market: distributor matching and presentation, key-account introductions. From $3,000/month + $3,500 per agent per market.
Tactical Project — chains, control states and defined projects; regional and national account coverage. Flat fee + 12% on covered accounts, quoted on scope.
What the panel covers
Distributor acquisition & management
Selection, presentation, alignment and ongoing management — and the franchise-state rules that decide how easily you can leave.
Account-level placement
Placements, resets and menu listings tracked at the account, with velocity reported back to you and to your distributor.
Pull-through programs
Demand created where the product is sold: tastings, staff education, on-premise features and chain programs.
Fractional field sales
Feet on the street without the payroll — trained reps working accounts in the markets you actually sell in, with distributor ride-alongs and reorder reporting.
How it works
Our partner panel
Route to Market is live, delivered by a seated commercial-strategy and national-accounts partner with chain and control-state experience, plus an import/export partner for brands leaving the country. Fractional sales teams are being seated on the same panel. Service providers: respond to VS-RTM-2026-002 →
