CWI Ventures LLC, doing business as Victory Spirits Development (“Victory Spirits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Victory Spirits Barrel Lab™ private wholesale barrel marketplace at victoryspirits.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here.

We serve licensed business buyers only — Distilled Spirits Plants (DSPs), Non-Distiller Producers (NDPs), importers, and private-label programs. Our services are not directed to consumers or to anyone under 21 years of age.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Identity and business information: your name, company name, business email address, phone number, business address, and TTB DSP license number (used to verify you are a licensed buyer).
  • Mobile number: if you choose to opt in to SMS notifications, the mobile number you provide.
  • Transaction and inquiry information: quote requests, offers, questions, and related correspondence.
  • Usage information: how you interact with our website (pages viewed, lots viewed, filters applied), collected through standard web analytics and cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Verify your eligibility as a licensed buyer against the TTB Distilled Spirits Plant registry;
  • Provide access to the marketplace and respond to your quotes, offers, and questions;
  • Send you the inventory and account notifications you have requested (by email and, if you opt in, by SMS);
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to distilled spirits transactions.

SMS / text message program

If you opt in to our SMS program, you will receive recurring automated inventory and account notification text messages — such as our weekly listing update and real-time lot advisories — from Victory Spirits Barrel Lab™ at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell your mobile opt-in information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate the text-message program you opted into.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, our messaging provider to deliver texts, our e-signature and payment processors, and our email/CRM platform), bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the information only to provide services to us;
  • As required to complete a transaction you have authorized (for example, sharing necessary details to facilitate a barrel transfer or TTB documentation);
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Victory Spirits, our users, or others.

As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
